PRAVANA + BCBGeneration: Summer Side Braid
1. Begin with clean, dry hair and brush to smooth.
2. Create a deep-side part.
3. Sprinkle NEVO Lived-In to palms of hands and work into a cream.
4. Smooth the hair and any flyaways through the front hairline over to the side.
5. Create a triangular section of hair from the front hairline to the deep-side parting.
6. Divide this section into three strands to create a French-style braid.
7. For this French-style braid, begin by crossing the outer strand over the middle strand.
8. Continue in this fashion while gathering hair into the outer strand then crossing over the middle strand.
9. Continue to pull hair into both of the outer strands until you reach the ear.
10. Continue by pulling hair just into the outer strand opposite the face.
11. Once you reach the top of the neck, continue the braid down and then fasten with an elastic band at the mid-length of the pony.
12. Loosen the braid by lightly pulling it apart from the bottom of the braid up.
13. Twirl the ends lightly with a flat iron, much like curling ribbons on a gift.
14. Finish by adding a fashion hair accessory.
